How long the implementation takes, including a good analysis and the client's feedback, so that the solution is stable.

The implementation needs enough time and must take into account the client’s feedback.

It is good to have enough time for the whole process, when it is rushed, something is forgotten or left out.
An analysis typically takes three months (a lot of time also for the client to think over his needs and goals).
The client is part of the solution (the client’s representative gives feedback to the supplier) and the goals are adjusted accordingly.
Depending on the complexity a solution typically takes one year, and thanks to that it is stable.

The theme is the Leaning Tower of Pisa vs. the Eiffel Tower (fast and wrong vs. slow and stable).

When it is rushed, something is forgotten (15 s)
- the client comes with an idea of a tower with somebody waving from the top (zoom in the bubble on the waving person)

- while being drawn, the tower starts leaning and the rest of the building reacts to it

- the Tower of Pisa: the waving person falls out of the tower and goes to prop it up, the number of people propping it up grows
- the tower in Paris: the person keeps waving, the queue gets longer
