A custom software can log all activities, so it is possible to find out who did what, when and from where.
The history of changes is often visible, but it cannot be filtered or searched.
You can go back in time and find out who did something, but not what somebody did, when, and where from (IP address).
With a client account not only employees but also clients can make changes.
At any time an administrator can track changes and detect attacks and inconsistencies.
Script
The theme is a crime story: CCTV footage, police, a facial composite, face detection, a licence plate reader, …
History
an old film: a policeman (the guy in a detective’s cap) sits in front of a screen and moves the video forward and backward with a lever (an icon > or < on the TV), the reels turn one way and the other
it takes a long time, he eats doughnuts (the pile of doughnuts disappears)
Search and filtering
a modern film: the policeman sits at a PC, the screen shows two people moving (busts) and face tracking (squares follow the movement of their heads), the guy moves the mouse
the movement stops (icon II), the second face disappears, the first one moves to the upper left corner and a list of information is written next to it
a list of parts of the video where the person appears is shown, he clicks on one of them
a car with the suspect behind the wheel appears, zoom on the licence plate, image enhancement, the plate/IP address is read (blurred)
Client account
the client (with a monocle) appears next to the policeman
they put together a facial composite of the criminal, parts from the client’s thought bubble move to the composite on the monitor (shape of the head, eyes, nose, mouth)
next to the composite there is a grid of squares, at first all coloured, as the description of the criminal gets more specific they lose colour one by one until only one remains
Attack detection
first one monitor, zoom out on an array of monitors (3×6) with animated icons (from the outro)
an exclamation mark/warning appears on one of them, then on others, it spreads…
